Customer & Sales Support Executive – US Campaign

About the role

Join ABS International as a Customer & Sales Support Executive for a US‑based campaign. You will work with warm leads and existing customers, deepening relationships, handling follow‑ups and converting sales opportunities during an evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US customers through phone and email, focusing on warm leads.
• Maintain and deepen customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Manage follow‑ups, track opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Use a live US CRM and logistics tracking system to record interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English for US‑customer communication.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer support or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self‑driven, accountable and comfortable managing follow‑ups.
• Available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Able to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Karachi (100% on‑site).
