Customer Sales & Support Representative

About the role

Core Edge Solutions is seeking a professional, customer‑focused representative to handle both sales and support activities from its Gulberg office in Lahore. You will engage with inbound and outbound calls, conduct cold‑calling campaigns, and ensure customers receive timely, effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and initiate outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Follow up to confirm issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and service procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer support, call‑center operations, or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of phone‑call handling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear US accent.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple interactions while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing or customer‑support software.
