Customer Sales Support Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

BoxesGen, founded in 2017, provides custom packaging solutions such as boxes, bags, pouches and other packaging made from cardboard, corrugated board, kraft and rigid stock. It is looking for a proactive, customer-focused specialist to act as the main contact for its USA-based clients, helping them turn packaging ideas into reality. The position is full-time and on-site in Lahore, on the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, and recommend suitable packaging materials, styles, printing and finishing options.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and negotiate to close sales.
• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into long-term customers.
• Coordinate artwork, production updates and shipment tracking, and keep clients informed about timelines and delivery status.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly with internal teams and maintain customer records and quotations in CRM systems.
• Work toward sales targets while supporting USA clients during the night shift.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience, with packaging industry experience mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of custom packaging products and customer requirements.
• Minimum intermediate qualification; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Availability to work on-site in Lahore from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT.
• Experience with USA-based clients is a strong advantage.
