About the role
The Customer Service and Sales Manager will lead a centre, driving sales targets and ensuring world‑class service for customers. You will have autonomy to manage the centre as if it were your own business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site operations and solve challenges as they arise.
- Generate sales by acquiring new business and upselling existing customers.
- Conduct tours for prospective customers and turn satisfied clients into brand ambassadors.
Required profile
- Experience leading a small, close‑knit team and delivering against targets.
- Proven sales track record with ability to build a pipeline and close deals.
- Mindset of passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
Required skills
- Customer‑focused service delivery.
- Sales and commercial acumen.
