Customer Service Associate

About the role

DYOT is hiring a full-time Customer Service Associate in Lahore to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website chat and phone calls.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, customisation, payments and deliveries.
• Respond to customers promptly with excellent written and verbal English.
• Manage customised clothing orders, measurements and design preferences accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and orders while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong typing skills.
• Experience with women's clothing, designer wear, luxury fashion or customised outfits is preferred.
• Experience handling international customers and social media inquiries is an advantage; fluency in English is preferred.
