Customer Service Executive

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. This is an inbound, US‑focused support position that operates on‑site from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. You will interact directly with US customers, delivering a high‑quality, people‑first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer queries via phone and chat.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and manage follow‑ups.
• Maintain professionalism and care in every interaction.
• Work within a live US CRM environment to log and track cases.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, call centre, or BPO is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong English are welcome.
• Patient, composed under pressure, and proud of resolving customer problems.
