Customer Service Executive – Night Shift (US Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our in‑house US operations. This is a night‑shift, on‑site position focused on providing high‑quality support to our own US customers, not a third‑party campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email or chat.
• Deliver professional solutions aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Maintain high CSAT and QA scores to qualify for performance incentives.
• Use premium CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot to log interactions and track cases.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or American accent (non‑negotiable).
• Minimum 6 months experience in an international BPO or customer service role.
• Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Based in or able to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14 or Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal Block 13C, Karachi.
