Customer Service Executive – U.S. Trucking & Dispatch

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Executive to manage communication and support for U.S.‑based trucking clients, drivers and operational partners. The role involves handling inquiries, providing timely updates on shipments and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, drivers and operational contacts.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Provide updates on load status, pickups, deliveries, delays and operational changes.
• Handle complaints professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and service issues.
• Escalate complex operational or customer issues to the manager.
• Support customer retention through responsive service and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong listening, interpersonal and telephone etiquette.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask.
• Good computer literacy.
