Customer Service Manager

About the role

Forever Living Products, a multinational distributor of skincare, hygiene and wellness supplements, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Manager to support its operations in Lahore and Karachi. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining high service standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide status updates.
• Maintain and improve customer service procedures to meet company standards.
• Accurately manage customer data and interaction records.
• Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to develop sustainable solutions.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Handle escalated cases with professionalism.
• Compile feedback and reports for management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Master’s degree from a recognized university.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
