Customer Service Officer – Sales

About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer – Sales to represent the company to prospective property buyers. You will be responsible for promoting property units, understanding client needs, delivering demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify client requirements for property purchases.
• Provide detailed briefings on relevant property units.
• Arrange and conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with clients to track evolving requirements and close deals in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales with a focus on excellence and customer service.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
