About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer – Sales to join Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading online real‑estate portal. In this role you will act as the face of the company, guiding prospective buyers through property options and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
• Provide detailed briefings and demonstrations of properties, including site visits.
• Follow up with clients to address evolving needs and drive timely deal closure.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
