About the role

ibex. Learning Academy (ILA) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Customer Service Professional (CCSP) program in Lahore. The free, on‑site training equips participants with the skills needed to work in customer support for Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley companies.

Key responsibilities

• Master written, verbal and non‑verbal communication, grammar and fluency.
• Develop fast and accurate typing and essential computer skills.
• Learn to operate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and OMS (Order Management System) platforms.
• Participate in mock interviews, weekly assessments and recruitment preparation.
• Demonstrate professional pronunciation, vocabulary and confidence when handling customers.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric or O‑Levels; Bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus.
• Age 18 + with valid CNIC.
• Basic English (A1/A2) and computer literacy.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Use of CRM systems.
• Use of Order Management Systems.
• Fast typing proficiency.
• Basic computer operation.
