Customer Service Representative – Abandoned Cart

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to focus on abandoned cart recovery for our e‑commerce operations in Karachi. You will engage with customers through chat, email and phone, helping them complete their purchases while delivering a courteous and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with customers who have left items in their online cart.
• Communicate via chat, email and phone to address questions, objections and guide customers to finalize orders.
• Maintain accurate records of each follow‑up and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Polite, confident and customer‑focused attitude.
• Patience to handle repetitive follow‑ups.
• Willingness to learn and improve sales communication.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
