Customer Service Representative – B2C Sales

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a results‑driven Customer Service Representative who will combine customer support with B2C sales. You will engage prospects and existing users across calls, email, live chat and SMS, turning inquiries into sales while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and SMS.
• Convert inquiries into sales and meet defined conversion targets.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Proactively retain customers by addressing concerns and offering suitable solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2C sales experience.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience.
• Proven track record in upselling, cross‑selling and client retention.
• Experience working with soft targets/KPIs such as conversion rate, CSAT, retention and response time.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
