Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join Aims & Desire LLC’s call centre in Lahore. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and courteous assistance, and ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers with professional communication.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and address inquiries accurately.
• Enter and update customer information in the data management system with high accuracy.
• Handle complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, or escalating when necessary.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily call targets and maintain consistent service throughout the shift.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and services.
• Follow established call‑handling protocols and data‑security guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Report system issues or customer feedback to supervisors promptly.
