Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

MedRevN LLC is seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to join its call centre team in Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and professional assistance through inbound phone calls.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries related to products, services, or company policies.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions using the company’s computer systems.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, or escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and telephone etiquette.
• Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements and performance targets.
• Continuously develop knowledge of company products and services.
• Contribute ideas for improving call‑center processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage customer information.
• Positive, professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Ability to handle high‑volume call environments and multitask efficiently.
