About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our collections team in Islamabad. The role focuses on contacting customers, securing pending payments and maintaining accurate records while delivering a professional and courteous experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make recovery and collections calls to customers.
- Follow up on pending payments and send reminders.
- Record Promise‑to‑Pay (PTP) details, including amount and date.
- Update call notes and log interactions in the system.
- Escalate difficult cases to the supervisor or field team.
- Communicate politely and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recovery or collections calling (preferred).
- Fluent Urdu communication skills.
- Strong follow‑up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and a target‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with WhatsApp for communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using a CRM system.
