Recruit AI is seeking a motivated entry‑level Customer Service Representative to join its logistics team in Karachi. The role focuses on delivering excellent service in freight forwarding by handling customer inquiries and coordinating shipment updates.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Provide timely shipment updates and follow up on service requests.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
• Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, generate leads via phone, email and online platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer records and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in logistics and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
