About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our call‑center team in Rawalpindi. The role involves engaging with potential clients, verifying their information and supporting the enrollment process while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients and guide them through the service offering.
• Verify customer information and assist with enrollment procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience.
• Willingness to work the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
