Customer Service Representative

About the role

Bidec Solutions (Glee Gather) is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for schools and educational institutions. You will help onboard schools, nurture relationships, and ensure inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to schools via phone, email, and social media to introduce robotics and STEM programs.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule demos or onboarding sessions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Assist in building long‑term partnerships with schools and gather feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.
• Passion for education, technology, or working with schools.
