Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join The BranPac’s team, delivering premium brand experiences across multiple channels. The role focuses on providing empathetic, professional support to customers while upholding the company’s standards of care and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media with warmth and accuracy.
• Provide prompt, accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain organized customer records using CRM systems.
• Follow up on pending queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey.
• Escalate complex cases to senior management when required.
• Contribute to FAQs, support materials, and customer feedback reports.
• Gather and relay customer insights to enhance service quality and brand experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations, preferably within luxury fashion, skincare, jewellery, makeup, lifestyle or home‑decor brands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities gracefully.
