Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. In this fully remote position you will handle customer and candidate inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the recruitment process across Canada and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Conduct telephone screening calls with candidates across Canada and the United States.
• Schedule interviews, appointments, and follow‑up meetings.
• Maintain and update customer and candidate records in internal databases and tracking systems.
• Provide timely updates on application status, appointments, and service requests.
• Assist with onboarding documentation, reference checks, and background verification.
• Support recruitment and customer service teams with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Contribute to job postings, recruitment campaigns, and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service or related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, administrative support or recruitment coordination preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with a professional telephone presence.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM, ATS or other database management systems.
