Customer Service Representative

About the role
As a Customer Sales Representative you will act as the face of Zameen.com, guiding clients through the property buying journey. You will understand client needs, showcase relevant property units, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from first contact to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
- Conduct property briefings, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Follow up with clients to address evolving needs and close deals in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and alignment with company core values.
