Customer Service Representative

About the role

PrimeLift Pro Movers is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join its Islamabad team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing moving quotes, and ensuring a smooth experience from lead to booking.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and send accurate moving quotes.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Maintain clear, professional communication at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with a clear phone presence.
• Previous customer service experience handling calls, emails or chats.
• Ability to perform basic sales tasks and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Strong attention to detail for quote preparation and data entry.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work full shifts consistently.

Required skills

• VOIP phone system handling.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheet tools.
