About the role
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our in‑house US operations based in Pakistan. This is a stable, non‑sales position with guaranteed monthly payouts and growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound queries from our US customers.
- Provide professional solutions aiming for First Contact Resolution.
- Use premium CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a neutral or American accent (non‑negotiable).
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international BPO or CSR role.
- Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Based in Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14 or Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal Block 13C, Karachi.
