Customer Service Representative – US Logistics Support

About the role

We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to provide professional support for US vehicle logistics operations. This non‑scripted, high‑IQ role connects US customers and truck drivers with real‑time problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between US customers, truck drivers, and logistics teams.
• Handle complex logistical queries without using a script.
• Utilise premium US CRM and logistics tracking software to manage cases.
• Provide timely, accurate support during the permanent evening shift (6 PM – 2 AM, Monday‑Saturday).

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international support, or a fresher with strong logical thinking.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gulistan‑E‑Jouhar, Karachi.
• Willingness to work the evening shift, Monday through Saturday.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month.
