Customer Service Representative – US Logistics Support

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support US logistical operations from our Karachi office. This non‑scripted, high‑IQ position connects US customers and truck drivers, handling real‑time vehicle logistics queries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between US customers and vehicle logistics teams.
• Resolve complex logistical queries without using a script.
• Utilise premium US CRM and logistics tracking software to manage cases.
• Provide professional support during the permanent evening shift (6 PM – 2 AM, Monday‑Saturday).

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with US‑based truck drivers and customers.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international support or a fresher with strong English and logical thinking.
• Willingness to work onsite at Gulistan‑E‑Jouhar Block‑14, Karachi.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) tools.
• Logistics tracking software.
