Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

Sam Solutions' Customer Support Center is looking for a full-time on-site Customer Service Sales Representative based in the Karachi division. The representative handles inbound and outbound customer communication, addresses inquiries and delivers tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records and process orders
• Identify sales opportunities and meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and issue resolution
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation and building client relationships
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Time management, multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a structured on-site team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education preferred; prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous

Required skills

• Proficiency in relevant CRM software and other digital tools is a plus
