About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our real‑estate team in Lahore. In this role you will guide prospective buyers through the property search process, arrange site visits and support them from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate properties from our portfolio.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up consistently to nurture prospects.
- Provide detailed property information and conduct on‑site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying journey.
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Residency in Lahore is mandatory.
- Strong passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
