Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will join KAJ Consultancy’s on‑site team in Karachi to handle client inquiries, process orders and provide accurate product information. This full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑quality service and maintaining up‑to‑date customer accounts within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Process orders and provide detailed product information.
• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the customer service department.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues.

Required profile

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in customer support.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry and strong understanding of the insurance market.
