Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will join Biz Outsource’s Lahore office to provide high‑quality support to our clients’ customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints and general assistance, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails and chat messages, addressing customer questions and issues.
• Document each interaction in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
• Resolve complaints and conflicts efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
• Monitor and uphold service level agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and help refine processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and phone etiquette with the ability to handle high‑volume calls.
• Proven problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
