Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will join KAJ Consultancy’s on‑site team in Karachi to handle customer inquiries, process orders and provide accurate product information. This full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑quality service and maintaining up‑to‑date customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Process orders and provide detailed product information.
• Maintain and update customer account records.
• Perform administrative tasks that support the customer service department.
• Collaborate with other teams to address insurance‑related questions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the insurance market and trends.
• Excellent communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
