About the role
Jubilee Agency is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Karachi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients through multiple communication channels while maintaining accurate records and professional interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
- Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, certificates and service requests.
- Maintain and update client information in the agency management system.
- Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to address client needs.
- Perform additional administrative and customer‑service duties as assigned.
