Customer Service Specialist – Onsite

About the role

CodeCelix is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Specialist to join its Islamabad office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media while ensuring a professional and timely response.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via multiple channels, providing clear guidance and troubleshooting basic product or service issues.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and track recurring issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
• Maintain a positive, supportive attitude within the team environment.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in customer‑facing roles such as customer service, support or experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• High school diploma required; college degree or related professional training is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing tools.
