Customer Service Specialist – Real Estate Sales

About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Zameen.com you will sell property units, engage with clients, understand their requirements and provide demonstrations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Understand clients’ requirements and preferences.
- Brief clients on relevant property units.
- Conduct client meetings, provide demonstrations, and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with clients to track changes in requirements and maintain engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual sales targets.
Required profile
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
