About the role

ABS International is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to handle post‑sale communication with US‑based clients on an evening shift. You will assist customers with onboarding queries, complete service questionnaires, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Conduct follow‑up communications with existing US clients
Address post‑sale customer queries efficiently
Complete service questionnaires and maintain clear interaction logs

Required profile

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
High school diploma or university student pursuing ongoing education
Solution‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to a full‑time, long‑term on‑site role

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month
Attendance allowance: PKR 3,000 per month
Performance incentive: PKR 5,000 – 15,000 per month (post‑training)
Provident Fund (PF) and 15 days paid annual leave
Fixed 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift (no rotations)
