Customer Services Consultant (Level 1)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Services Consultant to join our Lahore office and provide Level‑1 support for North‑America clients of Dealer Information Systems Corporation. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls and emails, creating tickets, and following defined processes to ensure swift issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with clients, focusing on satisfaction and relationship management.
• Create and manage tickets in the ticketing system, following established procedures.
• Resolve user‑knowledge issues, configuration problems, and software installation challenges.
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide Level‑1 troubleshooting via phone and email, guiding customers through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Continuously update product knowledge and share insights with the team.
• Complete training sessions and stay current with the latest technologies and support methods.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage multiple inquiries.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and document actions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
