Customer Services Specialist – International

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Services Specialist to handle international customer inquiries, resolve grievances, and ensure a positive experience across our product and service portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information, address concerns, and process requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen service competitiveness.
• Track, communicate, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain a high Quality Assurance (QA) score through consistent performance.

Required profile

• Minimum O Levels/Matriculation or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a neutral or American accent.
• At least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.
• Collaborative mindset and strong problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
