Customer Success Associate

About the role

The Customer Success Associate will support the Client Success team by handling day‑to‑day communication with clients and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions. This entry‑level position offers exposure to international projects and the chance to develop strong client‑relationship skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communications, document grievances, and follow up on resolutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Operations to address client requests.
• Prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action items.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in CRM systems.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and post‑onboarding follow‑up sessions.
• Track and report client satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of client‑facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Willingness to work US (6 PM‑3 AM) or AUS (3 AM‑12 PM) shifts.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
