Customer Success Manager – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Rawalpindi on a night‑shift schedule. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the full sales cycle and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in targeted markets.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails using proven sales prospecting techniques.
• Present value propositions clearly while speaking with a US‑accented English.
• Maintain and update customer records and pipeline in a CRM system.
• Qualify leads, follow up diligently, and close sales to meet targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, business development, or a call‑center environment.
• Strong verbal communication with a US‑accented English.
• Proven ability to perform cold calling, lead qualification, and sales prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad with reliable commute to DHA Phase 1.
• Willingness to work night shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM, Monday‑Friday).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and committed to long‑term employment.
