Customer Success Representative (UK Campaigns)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Lahore. The role involves engaging with customers, primarily for UK‑based campaigns, to ensure they receive the support they need and remain satisfied with our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Use CRM tools to log and update customer information and interaction history.
• Provide clear answers to product or service questions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback.
• Document all interactions with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and improve service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UK campaign specifics.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling UK‑focused campaigns.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
