Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for our automotive customers, primarily based in the US market. This fully remote position requires professional‑level English communication and a strong understanding of vehicle terminology.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, automotive services, and related offerings.
• Conduct follow‑ups through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all stages of engagement.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Stay up to date with automotive industry trends, vehicle specifications, and market developments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Customer Success, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Previous experience working with US‑based customers or clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of vehicles, automotive terminology, and the automotive market.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer management tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
