Customer Support Agent

About the role

Join Flipdish's Customer Support team in Karachi and help restaurant and takeaway owners get the most out of our technology solutions. You will be a primary point of contact across phone, email, and chat, delivering fast, clear, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, listening carefully and delivering timely solutions.
• Communicate clear instructions and updates, adapting style to each customer's needs.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, documenting interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with support colleagues and other departments, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Develop strong product knowledge of Flipdish software and stay current on new features.
• Meet service level agreements and quality targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, service, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to assess issues and devise practical solutions.
• Empathy and patience, especially when dealing with challenging situations.

• Salesforce (record‑keeping and ticketing)
