Customer Support Agent

About the role

You will join Flipdish’s Customer Support team in Karachi, providing assistance to restaurant and takeaway owners via phone, email, and chat. The role operates on a 7‑day shift rota covering 6 am‑12 am (UTC) and focuses on delivering fast, clear, and professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support across phone, email and chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, documenting interactions, issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Develop strong product knowledge of Flipdish software and stay updated on new features.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess issues, think critically and find practical solutions.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple queries simultaneously.
• Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends as required.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
