Propstar Technologies is seeking a professional and customer‑oriented Customer Support Executive to join its growing team. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, email and other channels, providing timely solutions and maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and requests through calls, emails, and other channels
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow‑up
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Follow established support procedures and service standards
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to relevant teams
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer handling and problem‑solving abilities
• Professional, patient, and customer‑focused approach
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center is preferred
