Customer Support Intern – Arabic & English

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Intern who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for users of our healthcare software, helping them resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to our EMR/EHR and other healthcare platforms.
• Document cases accurately and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
• Guide users through product features and provide clear step‑by‑step instructions.
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen actively, show empathy and handle diverse customer queries professionally.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare or SaaS products is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Good command of standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
