About the role
The Customer Support Officer (Bilingual – Spanish) provides excellent assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and satisfaction is maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and service requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when needed.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and meet performance KPIs.
Required profile
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous customer support experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle high‑volume interactions.
