Customer Support Representative (Arabic)

About the role

WiseCode Studio is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Representative to handle restaurant orders over the phone. The role focuses on accurate order entry, clear communication with customers, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in Arabic and take precise food orders.
• Enter and manage orders using the Order Management System (OMS).
• Provide information on menu items, specials, and prices.
• Confirm order details with customers to avoid mistakes.
• Address customer inquiries or issues related to their orders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu changes and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure correct order transmission.
• Record orders, feedback, and concerns for continuous improvement.
• Follow company policies, including data privacy and service standards.

Required profile

• At least one year of relevant customer service or call‑center experience.
• Fluency in Arabic for spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently without team‑management duties.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Order Management System (OMS).
