Customer Support Representative – Guest & Operations (Short‑Term Rentals)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to enhance the guest experience and support daily operations of short‑term rental properties across the United States. The role blends traditional guest communication with virtual assistance, administrative coordination, and operational task management.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests via calls, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist guests with reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and property‑related inquiries.
• Provide virtual assistance for day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and internal teams to fulfill guest and property requests.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing guest requests until resolved.
• Handle reservation changes, special requests, and other guest requirements.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and OTA platforms.
• Organize and prioritize daily operational tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Escalate issues when necessary and keep relevant teams informed.
• Document guest interactions and operational activities.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in customer support, virtual assistance, operations, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, short‑term rentals, property management, or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Ability to work U.S. shifts from the Lahore office.
