Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, live chat and social media, delivering fast and accurate assistance while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide clear information about products, services, policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve them or escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share feedback with internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to confirm complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time and satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patience, empathy and a customer‑first mindset.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
